The program starts Monday 17th of February 2025
It is an 8 week program and starts Sunday the 15th of February (first scan) until Saturday, 12th of April (final scan)
The first scan is Saturday 15th of February from 8am-10am
Once you commit to your journey. We will send you a scan booking sheet to choose the best available time for you
This depends on what tier of support you choose. We have a Tier 1- Foundation Builder which includes 1 x Personal training session per week or we have Tier 2- Precision Results which includes 2 x Personal training sessions.
You can choose when to book your personal training sessions. Although it does depend on trainer availability. We have trainers from 6am- 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am-12pm Saturday.
We will sit down with you for the first 4 weeks for a 15-30 min Zoom or in-studio session each week to discuss your nutritional needs. Starting with understanding how many calories you need to achieve success and working with you to ensure long term success.
Results are varied and very individually based and come down to client adherence but clients who adhere could see anywhere up to 2-8% body fat % reduction.
We offer two flexible pricing options to suit your needs:
Foundation Builder – $85/week
This includes:
