Introducing our Healthspan Youth Program (HYP), a comprehensive initiative designed to empower adolescents aged 12-17 with the essential tools for enduring health and well-being. Establishing the Blueprint for Success in our initial week
We prioritise program orientation, goal setting, and comprehensive health and fitness assessments. These assessments not only provide our trainers with valuable insights into your youth’s goals and movementpatterns but also serve as a baseline for progress tracking. By understanding where they currently stand,we can collaboratively work towards improvement, fostering a supportive and motivating environment for success.
Emphasising Cardiovascular Fitness
Building on the foundation established in week one, our focus shifts towards understanding cardiovascular fitness and effective use of cardio equipment. Through hands-on instruction and guidance, we teach proper techniques for using cardio machines while emphasising the importance of heart health, endurance, and overall well-being. By helping youths discover enjoyable cardio activities aligned with their interests and goals, we lay the groundwork for a sustainable fitness journey.

As we approach the end of the program, the final week focuses on reevaluation and reflection. Participants undergo progress assessments to measure how far they’ve come, celebrating achievements and identifying areas for continued growth. This is a time for both trainer and youth to discuss future goals, ensuring that the program remains engaging and tailored to each individual’s evolving needs.
